The numerous cities, towns and rural areas in Florida are currently divided into 23 independent Multiple Listing Service (MLS) organizations. When you search for MLS properties through, you are searching the records of GACAR MLS —GACAR stands for Gainesville & Alachua County Association of Realtors.

Below is a list of the 52 cities, towns and rural areas in Gainesville and North Central Florida included in the GACAR MLS records.
